Acceptance Terms of Warranty
If you’ve purchased a product covered under the MyTechPoint Standard Limited Warranty, we will handle the full warranty claim process for you.
In most cases, we offer repair services for eligible products. However, in situations where repairs are not sufficient or feasible, we will provide a replacement unit—depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery and remains valid for the durations listed below (unless otherwise specified on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase):

What is Covered Under Mytechpoint Standard Limited Warranty?
Manufacturing defects that impair the normal functionality of the device, as intended by the manufacturer.
What is not Covered Under Mytechpoint standard limited Warranty?
The MyTechPoint Standard Limited Warranty will be considered void and will not apply in the following cases:
1. Physical or Environmental Damage
* Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or abnormal use.
* Exposure to liquids, moisture, humidity, sand, dirt, or extreme environmental conditions.
* Damage due to improper storage or neglect.
* Physical damage resulting from excessive force (e.g., using metallic objects on a touchscreen).
* Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or surface wear, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
2. Tampering or Unauthorized Modifications
* Devices with altered, removed, defaced, or unreadable serial numbers or enhancement data codes.
* Any form of tampering, rooting, or installation of unauthorized software.
* Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service providers.
3. Normal Wear and Tear
* General wear and tear from regular use, including battery capacity degradation over time.

4. Use with Unsupported Accessories
* Damage caused by use of third-party or non-manufacturer-approved accessories, peripherals, or enhancements.
5. Improper Handling or Maintenance
* Improper testing, installation, maintenance, operation, or handling of the product.
6. External Events
* Damage resulting from external causes such as:
* Impact or collision
* Fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
* Power surges or electrical faults
* Theft or vandalism
* Insect infestation
7. Signal & Software Issues
* Issues related to signal reception, data transmission, or software viruses.
Battery Exclusions
Warranty does not cover batteries under the following conditions:
* Charged using unauthorized or non-approved chargers.
* Broken seals or signs of tampering.
* Used in devices other than those specified by the manufacturer.
Power Supply Unit (PSU) Exclusions
Warranty is void for PSUs that:
* Have been damaged due to electrical power surges or lightning strikes.
Dead Pixel Policy (Displays/Monitors/TVs)
The warranty does not cover dead pixels unless:
* There are seven (7) or more dead pixels present on the screen.
